The instant the girl’s face was revealed, Qi’s pupils contracted.

Stylish’s giant Danger Beast swelled once more. It finally stopped growing after reaching a height of one hundred meters. Its enormous body stood beneath the newly risen sun, hideous and clearly visible, radiating an overwhelming sense of oppression.

“But this still isn’t big enough. I haven’t reached the level of the ‘Ultimate Imperial Arms.’ To attain that height, I must become even larger. Let me eat you too!”

The hundred-meter-tall Dr. Stylish reached down toward Susanoo at his feet.

Susanoo dodged aside. Empowered by the force of his charge, he drove his long weapon fiercely into the giant’s palm. Despite the tremendous impact, he could not even break through its defenses.

“The sky is already bright. I’ll go deal with him.” Qi smiled.

Dr. Stylish stared greedily at Qi hovering in the air while reaching out to seize him.

Nimbly dodging the giant’s attacks in midair, Qi calmly drifted closer to the place where Dr. Stylish’s true body was located.

“Damn it! Damn it! If these two arms can’t catch you, then I’ll show you the attack of dozens of tentacles!”

With a crazed howl, Stylish sent dozens of writhing tentacles shooting from the giant’s head. They swept toward Qi in a dense, overwhelming wave.

“Do you believe I could kill you with nothing but a look?”

Qi continued to weave through the tentacles’ attacks with unruffled ease.

“Don’t boast so shamelessly! I still have a secret weapon I haven’t used yet. Behold, my Third Ultimate Move—”

Before Dr. Stylish could finish speaking, his head suddenly drooped. Crimson liquid slowly began to flow from all seven openings of his face. At the same time, the giant’s body ceased moving.

Qi withdrew his gaze, and his body swayed involuntarily.

The two people aboard the flying Danger Beast had seen it clearly. With nothing more than a glance from Qi, Stylish had bled from every opening and died. As for Qi, apart from being slightly pale, he was completely unharmed. Even that pallor vanished almost instantly.

With a thunderous crash, the giant collapsed into the mountain forest. The impact sent up immense clouds of dust and a shock wave, as though a meteor had struck the earth.
